About Floyd's Carwash
This Carwash was founded in memory of two unforgettable people. Louise Floyd and the late Ferrell "Dutch" Floyd lived most of their lives where the Carwash sits today. Their lives revolved around God, family, and friends. They never hesitate to help someone out even if it took their time and money. Before Ferrell's passing he gave one acre of land to his three children to further their future and take care of his wife Louise Floyd as long as she lives. And some of you might see her from time to time riding over to the Carwash on her wheelchair saying hello to everyone she knows. This memorial wall inside the Carwash office is for these two phenomenal people and their great accomplishments in life.

It's coming down to the wire and rains coming, but we are steady working! Vacuums are in operation, grass is on the ground, and our building sign is up!! Stay tuned!

March is here and the Floyd's are working harder than ever! Flower beds are being completed and signs are going up! Keep your eyes peeled for "NOW OPEN" signs coming in less than 2 weeks!!!

Roughly 7000 square feet of paving was put in place all before 8:30a.m. today. This finishes out all customer paving for Floyd's Carwash!
Equipment Loaded Up
Great news from Floyd's Carwash! Terry Floyd and Justin Floyd are currently in Florida at the carwash college and had the chance to see all the equipment loaded up and ready to ship out!! Equipment is hitting the Floyd's Carwash site Monday!! A big shout out goes to the owners of Floyd's Carwash: Terry Floyd, Pam Richerson, and Donnie Floyd!
Floyd's Carwash Beginning
The drive and motivation that created this carwash came from 1 man. His name was Ferrell Floyd known to many as "Dutch". Ferrell's parents had owned all of the adjacent land to the Floyd Carwash site and divided the land up to the kids. He had worked and slaved to build a small 3 bedroom 1 bath home where the carwash now sits. He raised his 3 children in this home and after time passed built and moved into their new home right behind the current carwash site. He pushed his children to strive in life. In Ferrell's later years he told his son Terry Floyd to use his property for a business. So the 3 children, Terry Floyd / Donnie Floyd / Pam Richerson, went to work thinking and researching any and all businesses. After much research the family decided on the new conveyor style carwash with free vacuums. The battle has been long and definitely not easy, but after 4 long years the Floyd family is ready to bring an outstanding local business to Cenla
